3D Silicone Heat transfer label is an image printed on a special kind of transfer paper. This type of printing can be achieved through various technologies such as offset, plane heat transfer, screen printing, digital printing and other. The design must be transfered by a heat transfer printing machine.

The materials we use to make Homer heat transfer rubber raised stickers are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. 

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials. The materials used by Homer labels have been proven to be 100% safety and Eco-friendly. 

Technics:  Heat transfer printing

Feature: Eco-friendly, Waterproof, Skin-friendly, Durable and Washable etc.

Colors: Any colors available. Pantone colors matched. 

Dimension: Based on customers' specific requirements on the clothing labels. Say L * W in cm or inches.

Way to Use: Ironing

Care Method: Can be safely washed in all temperatures (iron-on labels washable up to 90° F.) and tumble dried.

Operation Methods

Temp: 150-160℃

Time：8-12 seconds

Pressure: 3-5kg

Peel: Cold peel or hot peel.
